You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival. Cancellation is possible between 60 days and 30 days before your holiday, but we retain the 30% deposit. No refunds are possible less than 30 days beforehand.

Smart deal offer

15% or 10% discount

For any stay booked 21 days before arrival, receive a 15% discount for a minimum stay of 7 nights and a 10% discount for a maximum stay of 6 nights. If you choose this option, your stay is non-refundable, even on presentation of proof. Full payment for the stay must be made at the time of booking. The discount is automatically displayed during the booking process if your stay meets the requirements and periods eligible for the discount.

Long stay discount

10% discount

Enjoy a 10% discount for any stay of 7 nights or more. The discount applies to Standard or Liberty packages, depending on the validity period. All our discounts are automatically displayed during the booking process if your stay meets the requirements

Senior discount

-20% discount

Take advantage of a 10% discount if you are aged 60 or over. The discount applies to Standard or Liberty packages, for any stay of 7 nights or more. It is automatically displayed when you enter your age. Please show proof of identity on arrival.
